Report on the work of the Foundation (November)

Number of individual consultations: 15.

This month, our work focused on the following key areas:

1. therapeutic gardening in cooperation with Partnerships for Nature and Roots for Nature;
2. cooperation with MEM (“Children of Regions in the Regions”);
3. negotiations with Impact Hub, Mental Health Awareness Initiative, and the Israel Stress and Trauma Coalition.

Therapeutic Gardening

An event on therapeutic gardening is planned for December as a final activity marking the completion of the courses (Partnerships for Nature, Roots for Nature). The event will include the creation of reels and photo content, mindfulness practices, therapeutic gardening techniques, and art therapy combined with a hiking trip.

For the hiking component, we will cooperate with the Lusan Trek club. An overnight stay is planned at the Akhnidzor guesthouse, where the psychological sessions will take place.

To promote the reel, we plan to collaborate with contemporary Armenian writer and actress Anastasia Vivtash. At present, negotiations are underway with the Vanadzor Artists’ Union regarding partial funding of the event and their participation in it.

MEM
For the MEM Leadership Academy, we conducted 22 sessions. Around 50 children are learning leadership skills, psychological self-regulation techniques, working on self-esteem and personal development, and completing practical assignments to reinforce their knowledge.

Negotiations
Negotiations on cooperation are ongoing with Impact Hub and Ararat and ID banks. Preliminary meetings have taken place, resulting in an atmosphere of mutual support. We plan to begin active cooperation with Impact Hub in January.
