Report on the work of the Foundation (May)
This month, the Miasin Foundation actively worked in five key areas:
1. Program “National Resilience and Healing Through Nature”
In partnership with Partnerships for Nature, we continue implementing a project focused on introducing and supporting therapeutic gardening practices in Armenia.
On May 20, we held our second webinar titled “How to Design a Therapeutic Gardening Program.” The session received warm feedback, and many participants expressed a willingness to collaborate further.
2. Collaboration with ISPS Armenia
On June 29, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ISPS Armenia as part of the Stress Out program, which supports individuals affected by stress and trauma — including displaced persons from Artsakh, war veterans, and their families.
3. Partnership with Ser by Eghsa
Together with Ser by Eghsa, we are preparing a training session on the topic “Adapting to Change: Culture, People, and Identity” for the organization’s beneficiaries.
4. 301. Land of Wisdom Foundation
On May 2, the Miasin team took part in the annual gathering organized by the 301. Land of Wisdom foundation. We presented our programs, connected with many inspiring individuals, and were deeply moved by the foundation’s mission.
5. “Children of the Regions in the Regions” Project
We completed preparatory work for conducting five S.T.R.I.P.E. training sessions in the city of Vanadzor. These sessions will take place from June 3 to 17 and aim to foster resilience and engagement among youth.
