Report on the work of the Foundation (February)

Number of individual consultations – 10

This month we focused on 3 projects:

• Gyumri Music Festival,
• “National Resilience and Healing with Nature: Implementation and Support of Medicinal Gardening in Armenia” program in cooperation with Partnerships for Nature
• cooperation with “Ser by Yeghsa” company within the framework of the repatriate support project

For the music festival we

1. found the main sponsor, which will be Easy Pay
2. Gyumri Municipality expressed its support for the program
3. made a project schedule
4. made a marketing plan
5. are working on a sales strategy
6. are working on attracting a potential partner to implement marketing

For the “Partnerships for Nature” program

• are organizing an online webinar, which will be held on March 18th.
• are working on attracting potential partners and interested people, as well as on the content of the webinar. At the moment we have about 50 registered participants.
• developed a business plan for a therapeutic gardening center and are looking for potential investors and partners.

For the “Ser by Yeghsa” program

1. we reached an agreement on the implementation of therapeutic services in the program with repatriates
2. met with the business partner of “Ser by Yeghsa”, which is “Repat Armenia”
3. currently working on defining methods for working with repatriates
