On September 22, we held a working meeting in Vanadzor together with MEM. As always, the meeting was very important and interesting. The meeting was  a discussion, during which we discussed possible further cooperation and work plans. We also met other partners and are full of hope for cooperation with them in the future.

We presented a very important program to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia and hope for its implementation. The peculiarity of this system is the “Concept of a single family of servicemen”, which will take care of both servicemen and their family members, including many special trainings and support programs.

As part of the program, junior commanders will undergo special training, which will give them the opportunity to learn how to develop the necessary qualities in their subordinates.

This month, our individual psychological work was aimed at stabilizing the mental health of our compatriots. More specifically, individual psychological work was carried out aimed at counteracting reactions and emotional stabilization of the psychological and emotional sphere.

We continue to carry out organizational work related to the educational program of the leadership school together with MEM and in October we will begin the educational program.
