Possible cooperation was discussed during various meetings this month․

On April 19, Mem and Foundation «Miasin» organized a seminar in the Tumanyan community of Lori region for MEM coordinators and assistants. A number of topics were discussed and team games were held during this meeting.

The main topics of the seminar were:

• The importance of providing psychological first aid in emergency situations, practice.
• Communication skills and their importance in everyday life, games.
• Teamwork, team building and team building games.

Participants also gained knowledge about body language, facial expressions and how to understand another person.

Individual psychological work was carried out aimed at counteracting reactions and emotional stabilization of the psychological and emotional sphere.

Individual psychological work was aimed at how to cope with:

• stress,
• feeling of anxiety,
• emotional intelligence,
• mental processes in everyday life.

We have submitted a budget request for the “Project Idea – PSS” grant and are waiting for a response.
